Clear rules for the protection of personal data, B2B queries and technical information transmitted by KABI CHEMIE.

Version valid from 2 July 2026. The document describes how KABI CHEMIE processes the data of persons using the website, sending the form, calling, emailing or providing technical information on industrial installations.

1. Data Administrator

The controller of personal data is KABI CHEMIE, Żabokliki-Kolonia, ul. Stocka 10, 08-110 Siedlce, NIP: 8212519774, hereinafter referred to as the Controller or KABI CHEMIE.

2. Data range

We only process data that are needed to support the website, contact and business queries. These may include, in particular, name, company name, position or department, telephone number, email address, message content, data provided during the conversation, installation information, attached technical materials, IP address and basic server logs.

We do not ask you to provide data of specific categories, personal data of employees, document numbers, medical data or other information that is not needed to discuss installation. If such data is sent, we may omit it, limit its scope or ask for a request without this information.

If the contact person acts on behalf of the company or transmits data to a co-worker, we assume that he does so in professional matters and has the basis for submitting these data KABI CHEMIE.

4. Contact Forms

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but the telephone number and the company or contact person identification data are required so that we can really handle the request and call back. The email address and the content of the message are optional unless the user wishes to receive an email reply or to provide additional technical context.

The acceptance of the privacy policy confirms that the user is familiar with information about data processing. It is not marketing consent and does not mean writing into the newsletter.

5. Technical details and server logs

The Service can save standard technical data such as IP address, date and time of request, address of the visited subpage, browser type, operating system and server response status. This data serves the safety, error diagnosis and proper operation of the site.

At the date of publication of this policy, the website does not use an optional cookie consent panel or additional analytical or marketing tools requiring separate user consent. If such tools are implemented in the future, the document and the required information mechanisms will be supplemented accordingly.

6. Data recipients

Data can only be shared with entities that help us to run the website, handle queries and carry out company duties. These may in particular be hosting providers, e-mails, IT services, form tools, accounting, advisors, law firms, service providers and public authorities when required by law.

The entities acting on our behalf receive the data only to the extent necessary to perform their services and on the basis of the relevant contracts, authorisations or other safeguards required by RODO.

7. Transmission of data outside the EEA

In principle, we use suppliers operating in the European Economic Area. If data is transferred outside the EEA under the services used, this shall be done only on the basis of the mechanisms permitted by RODO, such as a decision establishing an adequate degree of protection, standard contractual clauses or other required safeguards.

8. Duration of storage

Data from the form and correspondence are stored for the time necessary to handle the query, prepare the offer, conduct conversations and carry out cooperation. Once the contact has been completed, the data may be stored for the period necessary to secure any claims or perform legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Logi server we keep for the time necessary to ensure the security, diagnosis of errors and proper operation of the site, unless a longer period is necessary due to incident, abuse or legal obligation.

9. User rights

The data subject shall have the right to access data, obtain a copy of the data, correct data, delete data, restrict processing, transfer data, object to processing based on a legitimate interest and withdraw consent if the processing took place on the basis of consent.

Some laws are not absolute. We may refuse to comply with a request in so far as further processing is required by law, necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims or based on the controller's overriding legitimate interest.

10. Right of action

If the user considers that the data are processed unlawfully, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Current contact details of the supervisory authority are available on the website oodo.gov.pl.

11. Automatic decisions and profiling

We do not make decisions to users based solely on automated processing which would cause legal effects or have a similar effect on the user. We also do not profile users of the website for marketing purposes.

12. Data security

We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks associated with their processing. These include, in particular, limiting access to data, controlling rights, securing mail and hosting services and using providers providing an adequate level of protection.

Technical information on the installation, production processes or working conditions of the plant is considered to be information provided for the purpose of handling the inquiry. Only persons and entities who need them to prepare answers, offers, audit, service or to safeguard the interests of KABI CHEMIE have access to them.

13. Policy changes

Privacy policy can be updated if the regulations, scope of the website, tools used, way of handling queries or organisation of the work KABI CHEMIE change. The current version of the document is always published on this page.
