What is a white certificate?

A white certificate is an energy efficiency certificate issued by the President of the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE). It confirms the final energy savings achieved by a project, and the associated property rights may have economic value.

When should the procedure be started?

In principle, before the start of the project. The moment of conclusion of the contract, placing an order or starting work may be important, so the timetable needs to be verified before undertaking.

Does every energy-saving upgrade qualify for the scheme?

No. The project must meet the conditions resulting from the rules and current rules of the system, and savings should be confirmed by audit. The initial qualification allows you to assess this before preparing the complete documentation.

Can a chemical treatment programme or water-system upgrade support an application?

Maybe if the planned action leads to measurable savings in final energy and meets the requirements of the system. Each case requires a separate assessment of the scope, reference point and way of confirming the effect.

Does KABI CHEMIE guarantee that a certificate will be issued?

No. The President of the Polish Energy Regulatory Office (URE) decides whether to issue the certificate. Our role is to provide a reliable technical assessment, prepare the calculations and documentation, and support the client throughout the procedure.
