What information should be provided when reporting a fault?

The most useful information is a photo of the nameplate, a short description of the symptom, the alarm message, its impact on production and the date of the last service. We use this information to set the priority and prepare the service technician.

Do you service equipment from different manufacturers?

We support many devices used in industrial treatment and dosing. We confirm repairability and availability of parts after identification of the model and scope of the fault.

Does the service cover dosing pumps and probes?

Yes. We check pump performance, tightness, valves and control, and we clean, calibrate and compare probes with reference measurement.

Will we receive a service report after the visit?

Yes. The protocol shall describe the activities carried out, the test results, the risks identified, the parts used and the recommendations for further operation.

Can a regular inspection schedule be established?

Yes. The frequency is selected for the importance of the device for the process, working conditions, recommendations of the manufacturer and the history of faults. The schedule may also include calibration of measurements and dosing control.
