Analysis makes sense when answering a technical question. Therefore, we always start with symptoms and working conditions, and then select the range of measurements.

How should a sample be collected to obtain a reliable result?

The sample shall be taken from a fixed representative point to a clean vessel and preferably during normal operation of the installation. It is important to describe the place of collection, the date and the working conditions, because without this context the number is difficult to reliably assess.

Which parameters are tested?

The scope depends on the system. We typically test pH, alkalinity, hardness, conductivity, chlorides, TDS and iron. For cooling and RO systems, we add indicators related to deposit, corrosion and microbiological risk.

Is a single analysis sufficient?

A single result shows the condition at a given moment and is usually sufficient for a preliminary diagnosis. However, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the chemical program requires a series of measurements, because it is a trend, not a single reading.

What happens after the results are received?

The results are discussed in the context of the operation of the installation and we indicate the next step: correction of dosing, cleaning, passiveness, technical audit or regular monitoring. We don't leave a client with a table of numbers.

Do I need an in-house laboratory or previous test results?

No. If you do not have current measurements, we perform analysis from scratch. If you have results from another source, we can read them and indicate what is missing for the full image.
